Mix the sauce
Whisk the chicken broth, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, sesame oil, minced ginger, and sesame seeds in a small bowl. Pour half over the peeled, deveined shrimp and toss. Let it sit while you slice the vegetables.

Prep the veg
Slice the red and green bell peppers and the onion into thin strips. Cut the broccoli into bite-size florets.

Sear the shrimp
Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high. Add the shrimp, discard the marinade, and cook 1 to 2 minutes, turning once. Pull them out while still slightly underdone.

Fire the vegetables
Wipe the pan, add the remaining tablespoon of oil, and crank to high. Add the broccoli, peppers, and onion and stir-fry 4 to 5 minutes until crisp-tender.

Return the shrimp to the pan with the reserved sauce. Cook 2 to 3 minutes until the shrimp are cooked through and the sauce reduces and glazes everything. Serve over rice.
