Coat the pork
Cube or thinly slice the pork tenderloin. In a medium bowl, whisk together 3 tablespoons of the hoisin sauce, 1 tablespoon of the soy sauce, and the brown sugar. Add the pork and toss to coat.

Sear the pork
Heat the olive oil and sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Add the pork along with all the marinade from the bowl. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, tossing frequently, until it starts to brown.

Add the vegetables
Slice the red bell pepper into thin strips, cut the green onions into 1-inch pieces, shred the cabbage, and mince the garlic. Add everything to the skillet and cook 4 to 5 minutes, stirring often, until the cabbage wilts and the pork is cooked through.

Boil the noodles
While the vegetables cook, boil the lo mein noodles in a separate pot according to package directions. Drain well and set aside.

Sauce and toss
Add the remaining hoisin sauce and soy sauce, the ketchup, and the cornstarch to the skillet. Stir and bring to a quick bubble so the sauce thickens. Add the drained noodles and toss until everything is coated. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
