Instructions
  1. 1

    Coat the pork

Cube or thinly slice the pork tenderloin. In a medium bowl, whisk together 3 tablespoons of the hoisin sauce, 1 tablespoon of the soy sauce, and the brown sugar. Add the pork and toss to coat.

  1. 2

    Sear the pork

Heat the olive oil and sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Add the pork along with all the marinade from the bowl. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, tossing frequently, until it starts to brown.

  2. 3

    Add the vegetables

Slice the red bell pepper into thin strips, cut the green onions into 1-inch pieces, shred the cabbage, and mince the garlic. Add everything to the skillet and cook 4 to 5 minutes, stirring often, until the cabbage wilts and the pork is cooked through.

  3. 4

    Boil the noodles

While the vegetables cook, boil the lo mein noodles in a separate pot according to package directions. Drain well and set aside.

  4. 5

    Sauce and toss

Add the remaining hoisin sauce and soy sauce, the ketchup, and the cornstarch to the skillet. Stir and bring to a quick bubble so the sauce thickens. Add the drained noodles and toss until everything is coated. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
