    Prep and season

    Using a sharp knife, cut through the 2 wing joints and discard the tips. Toss the wing pieces in olive oil, then sprinkle with cornstarch, kosher salt, garlic powder, paprika, lemon-pepper seasoning, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
