1/3cupbrown sugar
1/4tspsalt
1tbspDijon mustard

1 1/2lbchicken thighs

    Whip up the glaze

    In a small saucepan, combine the orange juice, sugar, brown sugar and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Cook uncovered for 10-15 minutes until it reaches a glaze consistency, then remove from heat and stir in the Dijon mustard and orange zest.

    Season and grill

    Sprinkle the chicken thighs with lemon-pepper seasoning. Grill on a lightly greased grate, covered, over medium heat for 6-8 minutes per side, until a thermometer reads 165°F. During the last 5 minutes, brush the thighs with some of the glaze. Serve with the remaining glaze on the side.
