Mix up the rub
In a small bowl, combine the salt, seasoned salt, poultry seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, and cayenne pepper. This little blend does a lot of work, so don't skip anything.

Coat the tenderloins
Pat the pork tenderloins dry with paper towels, then sprinkle the spice mix all over them, pressing it on so it sticks to every side.

Fire up the grill
Get your grill going over medium heat. Place the tenderloins on, close the lid, and let them cook for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until a meat thermometer reads 145°F in the thickest part.

Rest, then slice
Pull the tenderloins off the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing. That rest keeps all the juice where it belongs.
