Instructions
- 1
Prep the apple
Peel and core one small apple, then chop it into rough chunks. A sweet-tart variety like Honeycrisp or Gala works best here.
- 2
Blend it up
Add the apple cider, vanilla Greek yogurt, chopped apple, apple pie spice, and ice to a blender. Blend on high until completely smooth and frothy, about 30 to 45 seconds. If it's thicker than you want, splash in a little more cider and blend again.
- 3
Pour and finish
Drizzle a little caramel sauce down the inside of two glasses, pour in the smoothie, and add a swirl of caramel on top. Drink it cold.

Notes & Tips
This one tastes like fall in a glass. The cider brings that fresh-pressed apple tang, the yogurt makes it creamy instead of watery, and the apple pie spice ties it all together. The caramel is optional but honestly it's what makes it feel like a treat instead of just a smoothie. Use real apple cider, not clear apple juice, if you can find it, the flavor is way deeper.
