2tbspalmond butter
1 1/2cupunsweetened almond milk

    Load the blender

    Pit the cherries and use a frozen banana if you have one — that's what makes it thick and cold without ice watering it down. Pour the almond milk in first, then the almond butter and yogurt, then the fruit on top. Liquid at the bottom keeps everything moving.

    Blend until creamy

    Blend on high for 60 to 120 seconds until completely smooth and creamy. If it's too thick, splash in more almond milk. Too thin? Add more banana.

    Taste and pour

    Give it a taste — sweet cherries and ripe banana usually carry it, but if yours need help, blend in a little honey or maple syrup. Pour into two glasses and drink it cold.
