Notes & Tips
This one tastes exactly like a piña colada — but you can drink it at 8am and feel great about it. The frozen banana is doing a lot of the heavy lifting here: it's what makes the texture thick and creamy without needing ice or yogurt. Use canned full-fat coconut milk for the richest result. Light coconut milk works too but it'll be a little thinner. If your pineapple is fresh rather than frozen, toss in a handful of ice so it still comes out cold and frosty.
