Notes & Tips
This one's less 'smoothie' and more 'wind-down drink,' but it's still 100% in my lane. The pepper sounds weird but don't skip it — it wakes up the turmeric and makes the whole thing taste warmer instead of just earthy. Honey is optional but I always add it. Want it cold? Chill it and pour over ice, it's genuinely good both ways.
