2cupfresh kale

1tbspfresh ginger
4ice cubes
1/8tspground cinnamon
1/8tspground turmeric
cayenne pepper

    Blend everything

    Peel and coarsely chop the apple. Mince the ginger. Add all ingredients to a blender, cover, and process until completely smooth.
