Notes & Tips
This one's a 10. The mango carries it, but that little hit of fresh ginger at the end is what makes you go 'oh, what IS that.' Coconut oil sounds weird in a smoothie until you taste how it smooths everything out - it's not coconutty, it just makes the texture silkier. Ripe bananas are non-negotiable here, they're doing half the sweetness work. If your ginger is strong, start with the smaller amount and taste before adding more.
