Notes & Tips
This one's basically dessert that's actually fine for you. The whole trick is freezing the bananas the night before — sliced, on a tray, then bagged up. Frozen banana is what gives you that thick milkshake texture without needing ice cream or protein powder. 3 tablespoons of peanut butter sounds like a lot until you taste it. It's not too much — it's the flavor anchor, and the milk and honey balance it out. If you want it sweeter, add another small drizzle of honey. If you want it thicker, drop the milk by a quarter cup. Tastes like the inside of a Reese's, in drinkable form.
