1/3banana
4spinach leaves

8frozen strawberries

    Add everything to the blender

    Add the protein powder, banana (about a third of a large one), spinach leaves with stems removed, peanut butter, frozen strawberries, frozen mango, and water to a blender in that order. Blending from lightest to heaviest helps it mix easier.

    Blend until smooth

    Process for about 30 seconds to 1 minute. Scrape down the sides with a spatula, then blend again until completely smooth. Don't over-blend — it gets foamy if you push it.

    Serve

    Pour into a 16-oz glass and drink immediately. Rinse the blender right away so you're not scrubbing dried smoothie later.
