Notes & Tips
This one hits like a vacation in a glass. The orange juice base is what makes it — it adds brightness and flavor that plain milk or water just can't. Use frozen mango and pineapple if you can; they make it thicker and colder without needing ice. The color alone is worth it: deep golden orange, looks like it came from a juice bar. I make this on rotation during the week. Quick, filling, and it actually tastes like something.
