Blend the base
Add the pineapple juice, banana chunks, fresh mango, then frozen mango to the blender in that order. Blend on low until it's thick and scoopable, not pourable. If it won't catch, stop and press everything down toward the blades, then add a splash more juice. You want it thick enough to hold a topping, so resist the urge to thin it out too much.

Chill it briefly
Scrape the base into two bowls and pop them in the freezer for 5 minutes while you prep toppings. This firms it up just enough so your toppings sit on top instead of sinking.

Top and serve
Slice the kiwi (and any mango, dragon fruit, or golden berries you're using) and arrange over the top. Finish with shredded coconut, a handful of granola, and hemp seeds if you have them. Eat right away with a spoon, before it melts.
