Blend and strain the watermelon
Cube up seedless watermelon and toss it in the blender. Blitz until totally smooth, then strain out the pulp through a fine mesh strainer so what's left is pure watermelon juice. Pour it into a pitcher and stir in the thawed limeade concentrate. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or overnight if you can wait that long.

Add the fizz
Right before serving, stir in the carbonated water — add it last so it stays bubbly. Pour over ice and garnish with lime slices.

Notes & Tips
This one's stupid easy and tastes like summer in a glass. The watermelon juice comes out this wild neon pink once you strain it, and the limeade keeps it from being one-note sweet. Fizzy, cold, and it disappears in about five minutes at a cookout — make a double batch.
