Prep shrimp
Pat shrimp dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook shrimp
Heat olive oil and 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook 2-3 minutes per side until pink. Transfer to a plate.

Add remaining butter, garlic, and red pepper flakes to pan. Cook 1 minute.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
