Cook pasta
Cook linguine according to package directions. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain.

Cook shrimp
Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper. Cook 2 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.

Make sauce
Add garlic and red pepper flakes to pan, cook 30 seconds. Add wine and lemon juice, simmer 2 minutes.

Return shrimp to pan. Add pasta and toss. Add pasta water if needed to loosen sauce.

- 1 lb linguine pasta
- 1 1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
