    Mix up the filling

    In a large bowl, stir together the sour cream, undiluted cream of chicken soup, poppy seeds, and dill until smooth. Fold in the cubed cooked chicken and cooked rice until everything's well coated. Rotisserie chicken works beautifully here.

    Spread the chicken mixture into a greased 11x7-inch baking dish. Crush the butter crackers into coarse crumbs, stir them together with the melted butter, and sprinkle the mixture evenly over the top.
