Notes & Tips
This is the kind of soup that makes you want to put on your coziest sweater and not leave the house. All the flavors of a loaded baked potato — crispy bacon, sharp cheddar, tangy sour cream — but in a bowl you can eat with a spoon. The slow cooker does all the heavy lifting while your whole house smells incredible. I like mine a little chunky, but mash it smooth if that's your thing. Either way, you really can't go wrong.
