Notes & Tips
This one's built for meal prep - it comes together in 25 minutes and holds up great cold, so it's a ready-to-grab lunch all week. About 22g of protein per serving from the shrimp, and the broccoli slaw adds volume and crunch without piling on calories. Use pre-cooked shrimp to keep it fast, and if you want to push the protein higher, bump the shrimp to a pound and a half.
