Notes & Tips
This is about as clean as a protein source gets: 23g protein for 130 calories and just 3g fat per breast. No breading, no heavy sauce, no oil to speak of, just a four-spice rub and a hit of lime. It's the kind of lean, fast protein I lean on for meal prep when I need to hit my numbers without adding much to the fat or carb column. Slice it over rice and greens, tuck it into tacos, or dice it cold into a salad the next day. If you want a little more heat, bump the chili powder or finish with a pinch of cayenne.
