Season the salmon
Heat oven to 425°F. Coat a 15x10x1-inch baking pan with cooking spray and lay the salmon fillets (6 ounces each) on it. In a small skillet, melt the butter, then stir in the brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, pepper and salt. Brush half of this mixture over the salmon.

Add the beans and roast
Trim the green beans, place them in a large bowl, drizzle with the remaining brown sugar mixture and toss to coat. Arrange the beans around the fillets. Roast for 14-16 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the beans are crisp-tender.
