Notes & Tips
Easiest fall brunch drink there is: roughly 3 parts cider to 4 parts bubbles and you're done. Go with a brut (dry) sparkling wine so it stays crisp instead of syrupy against the cider. Mocktail swap: skip the champagne and top with chilled sparkling cider or club soda — still festive, still crisp, zero proof. Making a crowd batch? Keep the ratio but build each glass individually so the bubbles stay lively.
