Shake it up
Fill a cocktail shaker three-fourths full with ice. Add the light rum, orange curacao, orgeat, and lime juice. Cover and shake for 10-15 seconds, until the shaker feels nice and cold.

Strain and float
Fill a double rocks glass with ice and strain the cocktail over it. Slowly pour the dark rum over the back of a spoon so it floats on top. Garnish with a lime wheel and a sprig of mint.

- 1 1/2 tsp dark rum

Notes & Tips
Tiki classic, two-rum trick included. Light rum on the bottom, dark rum floated on top so you get that toasty caramel hit on the first sip. Mocktail swap: skip both rums, use 3 oz pineapple juice + a splash of orange juice, keep the orgeat and lime, and add a few drops of grenadine for that sunset color.
