Notes & Tips
This one's a bartender's handshake of a drink — simple, balanced, and impossible to mess up once you've got the ratio down. Real lemon juice and a splash of simple syrup beat bottled sour mix every time. Mocktail swap: skip the gin entirely and add an extra splash of lemon juice plus a touch more simple syrup — you'll still get that crisp, fizzy, citrusy thing going on.
