Notes & Tips
This is the official drink of summer — creamy, tropical, and dangerously easy to make. One thing: use cream of coconut (Coco Lopez is the classic), NOT coconut milk or coconut cream. They're totally different and your colada will taste flat without the real thing. Mocktail swap: skip the rum and bump pineapple juice up to 2 oz and cream of coconut to 1.5 oz. Every bit as tropical, zero proof required.
