Notes & Tips
Half sweet, half tart, and extremely easy to make in batches. Fresh lemon juice is non-negotiable here — the bottled stuff will flatten the whole drink. Press the rim firmly into the sugar so you get a solid coat; it gives you that classic lemon drop candy vibe. Mocktail swap: skip the vodka and triple sec and shake lemon juice with simple syrup plus a splash of orange juice. Top with sparkling water over ice. Still bright, still citrusy, still worth making.
