Instructions
- 1
Load up the ice
Fill a wine glass (our favorite for spritzes, but a highball or rocks glass works too) all the way with ice. Cold is the whole point here.
- 2
Build it
Pour in 2 oz limoncello, then 3 oz chilled prosecco, then top with 1 oz club soda. That 3-2-1 ratio keeps it bright without going syrupy.
- 3
Stir and garnish
Give it one gentle stir, tuck in a sprig of mint and a couple lemon slices, and serve immediately while it is fizzy.

Notes & Tips
Tastes like an Italian lemon grove in a glass and takes about 30 seconds to make. Limoncello is already sweet, so grab a dry/brut prosecco to keep it balanced. Scale it to a pitcher for a crowd: one bottle prosecco, 12-16 oz limoncello, 8 oz club soda. Mocktail swap: skip the limoncello and prosecco and use a splash of fresh lemon juice plus a spoon of simple syrup, topped with lemon sparkling water or a dry sparkling grape juice. Same sunny lemon vibe, zero proof.
