Shake it cold
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice, then pour in the Pimm's and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Cover and shake hard for 10 to 15 seconds — you want it ice-cold, right up until the outside of the shaker frosts over.

Build the glass
Fill a rocks glass with fresh ice (or go tall with a Collins glass if you want it to look extra pretty) and strain the chilled Pimm's mixture over the top. Top it off with the ginger ale for that easy fizz.
- 3
Garnish and sip
Slide in a few cucumber slices, a sliced strawberry, and a couple of mint leaves. Serve immediately while it's cold and bubbly.
