Notes & Tips
Y'all, this is the drink. Spicy, salty, citrusy, ice cold beer — it's basically a taco's best friend. I make a batch of these every time I'm doing a taco night because honestly tacos and a michelada is just correct. Use whatever Mexican lager you've got (Modelo and Tecate are my go-tos), and don't be shy with the hot sauce. If you want to go full send, swap half the lime juice for Clamato or tomato juice. Salt the rim, ice it up, and don't overthink it.
